For Collectif Sens Public, a newly formed team of executive and management coaches, we developed a complete visual identity as part of their Appel à projet submission for the Ville de Paris. The collective brings together coaches from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, united by a shared mission: supporting leaders and organizations in evolving towards more conscious, collaborative, and effective ways of working.

Sens Public - a name with a strong message

Our first task was to design a logo, define a coherent color palette, and establish a graphic style that would serve as the foundation for their presentation to the Paris city council.

For the logo we wanted to find a symbol that will represent the best the great name that the collective has found for themselves. In close collaboration with the team, we developed a concept centered around the idea of “people in the same boat” — a visual metaphor for collective navigation, shared direction, and mutual support. This idea also subtly references maritime symbolism found in the identity of the Ville de Paris, while highlighting the diversity and complementary strengths of the coaches within the collective. 

The Human Touch

Building on the logo concept, we selected a vibrant yet balanced color system and a typographic approach that conveys clarity, trust, and movement. Alongside this, we created a series of custom icons and supporting graphics to enrich the presentations and strengthen their narrative impact. These visual elements were designed to reinforce the human dimension at the heart of Collectif Sens Public, emphasizing connection, collaboration, and shared movement rather than purely institutional or corporate tones—helping convey not only trust and credibility, but also openness and empathy between coaches and the organizations they support.

A vibrant comprehensive presentation

We then extended this visual language into two extensive presentation decks for their offer, designed to communicate both the collective spirit of Sens Public and their ambition to foster continuous improvement within organizations. The content also integrates principles of perma-management, reflecting their commitment to sustainable, human-centered leadership practices. We also branded two word documents to support the presentations.
