For WeRide.Today, we designed a versatile set of social media templates and event materials that expanded on their established brand identity while adding a more playful, engaging twist. The project focused on supporting three key campaigns: the Winter Riding campaign, a giveaway during a community bike gathering in Sofia and an autumn Bike2Work campaign.

The deliverables included adaptable templates for various formats—vertical and square layouts optimized for Instagram posts and carousels, Facebook and LinkedIn content, and more. Designed in Figma and Canva, the templates were set up for easy editing, enabling the WeRide.Today team to customize and reuse them for future communications with minimal effort.

Winter Riding Campaign

The Winter Riding campaign was an awareness campaign to spread the word about riding a bike in the city during winter. The goal was to engage WeRide.Todays’s followers into a meaningful dialogue about the joys and difficulties related to city biking in winter.

The special event post was created for a city community bike gathering to announce participation in the event and a tombola.

In addition to the digital assets, we created an event poster to boost the giveaway’s visibility during the gathering, ensuring the campaign had strong, cohesive visuals both online and on-site. The result was a practical, on-brand toolkit that helps weride.today connect with their community in a consistent and energetic way.

Bike2Work

The Bike2Work campaign goal was to recruit companies to join a challenge and compete for the title of “The most green company with the most employees going to work by bike” by using the WeRide.Today app for tracking the results.

The idea was also to encourage more people to leave the car at home and go to work by bicycle by showcasing the pros of commuting with a bike in the city. Several different types of content needed a social media post template to keep the designs consistent but also engaging.

To further assist the WeRide.Today’s team even we helped them design their pitch deck in Canva and created a one pager to be sent via email to potential Company partners.

All those materials proved to be valuable in recruiting several new partners and many app users during the campaign.

We created a poster to be placed outside and inside Weride.Todays’ partner’s restaurants. The goal was to spread the word about the campaign to workers who come during the lunch break and encourage them to ask their company to join the Bike2Work challenge.
